This is the event that started it all, the 1996 ISJA Sport Jujitsu World Championships was the very first International MMA event that allowed kick, punch, throw and submission       
grappling for all ages, gender and rank on an organized level. It features the Team Competition finals between Team USA & Team Great Britain, individual Gold Medal bouts as well
as two professional full-contact world title bouts. Plus special demonstrations by martial arts legends, Professor Wally Jay, Graciela Casillas, Grandmaster Bobby Toboada,
Professor Tony Maynard, and Ernie Boggs (famous Hillbilly demo). Over 1,200 competitors representing 16 different countries participated in this historical 2-day tournament.
